Wow! Yummy fo sho. What did I do different? Dipped the cauliflower in egg and almond milk then tossed in a bag with flour, potato starch, garlic & onion powders, red pepper flakes, salt n pepper. Then I baked it on 400 for 20 minutes. Tastes like chicken! Lol, tossed the cauliflower into the garlic orange sauce and voila! Amazing recipe - I just omitted the terrible canola oil as we are in our 60’s. Served over jasmine rice with a side of steamed beans.

I took quite a bit of prep time, but it was worth it. Tasted really good. Will make again.

If you like orange, this is for you. It was a bit too much for us, though. I recognize that it might appeal to a lot of people, hence the 4 stars.

I had some leftover vegan roast duck so I used that instead of battered cauliflower but this sauce was so delicious! I had to use apple cider vinegar because I didn't have any rice wine vinegar but it still turned out really good. I also added some veggies - pak choy, broccolini and mushrooms - which helped pad it out a bit. I'll definitely be making it again.

This was just as delicious as the other reviewers have indicated! I love when a recipe meets or exceeds my expectations. The fresh orange juice and zest make the sauce taste amazing. My husband and I made this together; he fried the cauliflower while I created the sauces. It is not a quick dish to make, but so worth the time and effort! This will definitely be repeated, and I can’t wait to make it for some foodie friends!

This is DELICIOUS!!! I took mine a step further and sautéed a full pan each of sweet onions, zucchini, and squash, then combined them after they cooked down. I got my sauce a bit wild. lol. I used a large orange and zested heavily so it turned out really strong. Still so good, though. I like bold flavors. I also didn't see rice wine vinegar in the store unless this recipe is referring to rice vinegar. I ended up deciding on rice cooking wine. lol. The fried cauliflower was yummy even before I added the sauce. I didn't need extra marinade, but I did double the extra sauce because it didn't make enough. I skipped the corn starch and opted for some of my flour mix. No clue why we never fried cauliflower before. I did thin out my batter a bit. It was crisp and cooked thru. We will be doing this again.

It turned out just like orange chicken except the inside obviously didn't taste exactly like chicken but it was super delicious!! Try it out :)

It was great. My roommates, who called me crazy for going vegan, absolutely loved it. I had to hide what I didn't eat so they didn't take my lunch for work :D

I actually only used the batter portion of this recipe because I wanted sweet and sour cauliflower with sticky rice. It came out really good, nice and crispy. Also I cut the cauliflower into semi large pieces, maybe 2 inch long by 1.5inch wide because the batter is quite thick.
