I usually tweak desert recipes to make them a bit healthier but sometimes only a rich, indulgent cookie will do. This isn't low fat or low sugar, but it's one of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever made and I bet you can't eat just one. I got 2 dozen, froze half and the rest disappeared overnight.
