- 2 sea salt (level tsp)
- 30 mL olive oil
- 270 mL hot water
- 45 mL olive oil (divided)
- 2 onions (medium, diced finely)
- 2 large garlic cloves (diced finely)
- 250 grams fresh mushrooms (I used chestnut / cremini, diced very finely)
- 150 grams savoy cabbage (or white, chopped very finely)
- 150 grams sauerkraut (chopped very finely)
- 20 grams porcini (washed and soaked in boiling water*)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (not traditional, but I like to add)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (sweet, not traditional, but I like to add)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 rosemary sprigs (leaves chopped very finely)
