Takes a long time to make, and needs more mustard and more seasonings overall. Maybe add salt to the top (over the egg wash) or some nutritional yeast next time.

Turned out well, good flavors. Does take a while, so more of a special occasion meal (we made it for Christmas dinner). We would prefer the mushrooms chopped, so next time we will do that.
