    Turned out great. I did add extra stock and omitted the sour cream. I will definitely make this dish again and certainly use it as a mushroom gravy for potatoes.

    Very good but careful, the No Yolk noodles are NOT vegan, they still contain egg. I used a wide rice noodle. (chow Fun) works great!

    Quite tasty! Next time I would make more sauce. Once I put the noodles in the absorbed a fair amount of the sauce.
