  • 400 grams risotto rice
  • 120 milliliters white wine (vegan)
  • 2 cups stock (veggie, from a stock cube or homemade vegan stock)
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste (optional)

  • 35 grams cashews (soaked in boiling water for 30 min, optional)
