Very bland had to season this a ton to get some flavor I won’t make this again.

I enjoyed this dish. I think I used too many noodles and not enough mushrooms. The flavor of the sauce was great. I just wish it coated the noodles more. Maybe next time I’ll use more of a fine pasta. Great flavor though with the pine nuts.

Very delicious! I forgot the pine nuts but it still so good! I used the pasta I had. Will make again.. with pine nuts

Its pretty good but a bit bland! next time I will add more spices. I have no dietary preferences so I baked some chicken uses the same spices from the recipe and added for protein. I will add some tomatoes next time

super tasty, I didn’t have pine nuts so I mixed in tahini paste into the deglazing step. super tasty+ similar nutty flavor I think!

I simply love this recipe! I made it for a vegan friend but I now make it creamy since I have no preferences! Instead of broth, I add a half pint of cream. I also add sun-dried tomatoes in, really makes it so good.

This is delicious 😋! Next time I will try to make it a cream pasta but this is so good. I made it with vegan Parmesan cheese and added red pepper flakes for some spice!

This was good. Flavor was great - not over powering. Very quick to make and tasty.

Not too shabby. This was a nice alternative for my wife and I. We used fettuccine noodles and it worked out well.

Excellent! I used zucchini noodles and added sundries tomatoes. I did not add the extra vegetable broth since there was liquid from the zucchini. Definitely would make it again.

It was good, I used some bechamel sauce and it worked just fine for the recipe. I might just skip the soy sauce for next time.

I had a vegan guest and needed to make a dish. This was very delicious, I added a few more crushed cloves. The texture of the soy sauce, veg broth, and lime made this dish flavorful. I did add a little more quantity than what was in the recipe to make it even more flavorful.

Amazing! I used fettuccine noodles and I did not add the lime juice or parsley! So so so so good!

Delicious! Used 1 head of broccoli and halved the spinach. One cube of bullion. And both dark and light soy sauce (sprinkling of ACV)
