This was delicious. I didn’t make the mashed potatoes the same way (just unsweetened almond milk, vegan butter, garlic powder, s&p) but the rest the same except I used all cremini mushrooms- no dried, just added about 3/4 c water with the wine. It was so good snd didn’t take too long. Will make again for sure.
