- 2 tsp. miso paste (organic)
- 4 Tbsp. water (filtered)
- 2 tsp. brown rice flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- coconut oil (for cooking)
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp. minced garlic

- 3/4 cup button mushrooms (very small)
- 1 tsp. reduced-sodium tamari sauce (organic, gluten free soy sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cucumber (peeled and julienned)
- 1/2 cup organic carrots (julienned)
- 1 cup kimchi (organic vegan, any vegan kimchi will work but make sure it's vegan and doesn't contain fish sauce)
