I made this recipe out of curiosity. I didn’t know if I would like it or not. After finishing it I realized I could add a few things to the recipe. First of all, Cumin and Cardamom are a great mix and it blends perfectly with the coconut milk. Secondly, when finished, I put it into a blender to make it even more smooth and less chunky. And lastly, adding greek yogurt makes it even more rich. To finish it off I added fresh cilantro and a bay leaf to make it look ostentatious. It has a good kick for an aftertaste and it goes perfectly with orange juice. I would rate this 5 stars. I feel like I’ve been transported to Rajasthan.
