- 1 Tbsp. ginger juice (fresh, or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or brown rice vinegar, or more to taste)
- 1 cup mellow miso (white, or more to taste)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced; dried Nori sheets)
- 2 nori sheets (dried, optional for garnish)
