- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (stems removed, plus a few extra for garnish)
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract (this will vary depending on the potency of the brand you use, so start with less and taste as you go)

- 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk (chilled, I used cashew milk)
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 4 Oreo cookies (chopped, plus additional for layering)
