- 2 Tbsp. flax meal (ground flax seeds, I do mine in a coffee grinder)
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. natural vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can coconut cream (lite, approximately 1½ cups, made up to 2⅔ cups of liquid with water)
- 2 tsp. coconut oil (for cooking crepes)
- 250 grams chocolate (approximately 9 oz good quality dark eating, roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup soy milk (approximate, or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp. natural vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pistachios (approximate, roughly chopped, optional)
- edible flowers (if desired, I used pansies and violas)
