Brilliantly!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Everyone was really impressed & didn’t guess that I did them from chick peas. 😁 My vegan niece said that it was just like she remembered (from before she became vegan) having meringues, the crunch & flavour. Worked so much better than the egg substitute (which didn’t work at all). So many thanks & go for it guys, this works!!!
