Made this mayo a couple of times now, and it's so great. Added some variation with mustard, fresh persils and herbs. You can also try with paprika to give this smoky, beacon veganaise taste if you want to.

this was really easy to make, but I didn't like it. To me, it just tasted like oil with a soy aftertaste. I added more vinegar to help, but it still needed something else
