Soooo good and cheesy. Now I know I can be a vegan because I don't have to give up mac and cheese! Will make again for sure

i followed the recipe exactly except i made less pasta because i was only eating and stored the rest of the sauce. it tasted really close to mac and cheese. the consistency was thick and smooth with a little bit of grainyness. i will be making this again and i definitely recomend.
