- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 onions (finely diced, I used 1 red and 1 brown onion)
- 1 piece celery (finely diced)
- 1 carrot (finely diced)
- 1 chilli pepper (Remove the seeds to make it less hot. Add more if you want a hotter chilli or leave it out entirely)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. ground all-spice
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (I used a tin but you could use fresh)
- 120 grams green lentils (dried)
- 120 grams red lentils (dried)
- 230 grams black beans (cooked)
- 15 grams coriander leaf (Chopped, cilantro)
