I have been searching for an easy pasta recipe that doesn’t involve soaking cashews. They are expensive and I’m never that organized to actually have them ready. I found this recipe and I love tahini so I decided to try it. OMGGGGG it’s perfect! I did use gluten free pasta but changed from the fettuccine. It was perfect. I even roasted the garlic in my air fryer (Google it. Super easy). I give this recipe 5-Stars!!

So delicious and easy! I used half the amount of garlic and didn't quite have enough tahini so topped it up with cashew butter. Would maybe add more veggies and add cannelini or similar beans in future. Will be a regular mid-week dinner for me!

Delicious, for the vegan minded. Super easy and super yummy even if you have to use cashew butter.
