These are really really good. I was concerned at first because the crust seemed so oily ( I made muffin size portions and put them in muffin papers and the crust seeped), but it wasn't so bad after freezing them. I also used fresh squeezed lemons and added lemon zest because I prefer tart things and it was great. I have a high speed blender so you couldn't even taste a texture difference between this and real cheesecake. Will definitely make more.

These were amazing. Such a big hit with everyone!! I didn’t have enough lemon juice so I used fresh lime juice instead and they were awesome!!

Really impressed how this turned out. It’s not cheesecake, but for us folks who can’t have dairy, gluten or high sugar this is amazing

The taser was great, the texture threw me off. If your looking for a cheesecake this isn’t what you want but if your looking for a healthy “nut cake” snake this is it.

Awesome!!!! Oh man is this good! Didn’t have enough lemon juice so used lime for the balance of juice required. It was easy and it fools everyone!

This was the first vegan cheesecake I ever made and it's by far the best. Amazing texture and tastes heavenly.
