- cups naan (calzone dough)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or other vegetable oil)
- 1 cup vegetable protein (textured, or soy granules Place the granules in a container , pour boiling water to cover them, and set aside for half an hour. Drain before using.)
- 1 large onions (finely minced)
- 1 green bell pepper (finely minced)
- 1 medium potatoes (finely minced)
- 5 cremini mushrooms (or button mushrooms , finely minced)
- 1 medium tomatoes (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (paste)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander (all powdered)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 chipotle peppers (finely chopped use 1 tsp paprika if you don't have the stomach for this)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cilantro (leaves)
