- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 2 tsp. paprika (smoky)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or, gf tamari)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups long-grain white rice (400 grams, uncooked, can sub brown rice)
- 1 1/2 cups kidney beans (50 grams, cooked)
- 1 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)

I needed to use a Dutch oven to cook it all. I added a bit more of the veggies. Especially garlic.

Yes inwill definitely be making this again indoubled the amt of vegies and used diced tomatoes instead of crushed. Also, when I first wrote down the ingredients the recipe didnt have mushrooms when inwent back to find the recipe I couldnt find the same one so I didnt have the mushrooms on hand
