I eliminated all the oil from this recipe and it was still great The dumpling dough was also amazing in fact made half of it into drop biscuits in my air fryer and were delicious.

It turned out very well. The vegetables were well cooked, the sauce was really tasty and the dumplings were fluffy and delicious. May well make it again for St Patrick’s day!
