- 2 blocks extra firm tofu (organic, cut into 16 slices)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp. Himalayan salt (pink, or to taste depending on the broth used)
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked*)
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk (2/3 to)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 medium onion (caramelized)
- herb dressing (Savory)
- 2 cans cranberry sauce (1-, if you really like cranberry sauce I suggest grabbing 2 cans)
