  • 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/4 non dairy milk (– 1/2)

  • 1/2 cup flour (I used buckwheat flour to make this gluten-free)

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed (combined with 3 tablespoons water, egg replacer)
