browned the gnocchi first in olive oil and finshed them off with nutritional yeast for extra crunch. added to sauce near the end to warm them back up. didn't add any flour to sauce and still turned out great...eyeballed amount of almond milk

Very yummy! I left out the miso paste and Dijon mustard and substituted soy milk and corn starch. I'll definitely be making this again.
