Good basic recipe. We have made it a few times. We substitute the coconut milk for Almond. We found that coconut milk altered the taste slightly and didn’t lend it self to the dish very good. We also doubled the kale (we love kale).

It was nice. Left out the wine and would boil the gnocchi last next time. I added mushroom and spinach instead of kale.
