- 3 Tbsp. potato starch
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (optional)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 6 bunches fresh spinach
- 1 bunch asparagus (optional)
- 1 lemon
- white pepper
- salt
- 5 Tbsp. milk (vegetable, or cow / goat / sheep but then the dish will not be vegan)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (ghee – but then cease to be a vegan dish)
