It turned out pretty good! I had to substitute a couple of ingredients (chicken stock for vegetable and Italian seasoning for dried rosemary) that I didn’t have on hand, however, I liked the recipe overall. I did end up needing to add more cornmeal—thankfully I had some in the cabinet!

Fantastic! Really delicious and so easy. Not at all the constant stirring that other recipes demand. Family loved it.

It was a tasty way to make (same old same old) polenta. I used fresh rosemary from my garden, instead of dried rosemary. But it turned out pretty good!

delicious!!!!!
i added an egg to mine tho, so the vegan asppevt went out the window, but other than THAT, it was delicious
