Great! I’ve made these a few times. I didn’t have Cardamom the first time, so I used a bit of nutmeg and extra cinnamon instead and they still turned out great!

These came out great and were some of the easiest cookies to make. I used regular butter instead of vegan, but everything else was the same. They were a little crispier on the bottom than I planned, but still delicious. I will prob just cook a minute less next time, and I think an extra pinch or two of garam masala.
