- 2 Tbsp. Earth Balance (vegan margarine - or replace with more coconut oil+)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. applesauce
- 1/2 cup all purpose gluten free flour blend
- 1/2 cup peanut flour (or other nut flour)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (organic)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
