- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups shredded zucchini (be sure to use a paper towel to squeeze out excess water!)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (Vegan-approved!)
