- 350 grams porridge oats (fine rolled)
- 80 grams plain flour
- 100 grams mixed nuts (I used almonds, pecans and cashews roughly chopped)
- 200 grams mixed dried fruit (I used sultanas, cranberries, apricots and figs larger pieces roughly chopped)
- 50 grams seeds (mixed, I used pumpkin, sunflower and hemp)
- 200 grams dairy free butter (3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp, I used Stork block)
- 175 grams golden syrup
- 200 grams light brown soft sugar (1 cup + 2 Tbsp)
