Really really base good! I did tweak a bit.
I added unsweetened applesauce as well as the banana.
I learned to cut the bread slices I half to help them cook more evenly and quickly
I learned to scrape excess batter off each slice before adding to the pan.
And it helps to add a little extra vegan butter to the pan after you flip the slices
I would call these Bananas Foster French Toast it was delicious!!!!!!

I really liked this ! I made it first with bananas & realized I like banana but not enough to have them in French toast so I tried it then next time with apple sauce & it was so good ! I will definitely be memorizing this recipe

I never would have thought as a vegan to eat or enjoy somethings I use to eat. Well I have to say it was good, I only ate two slices and put the other 4 slices in the frig for later on in the week.
