Delicious and creamy! I added shrimp, pepper, and parsley flakes to liven it up a bit, but it’s simple and makes a ton of servings! Hope it freezes alright :P

I thought the sauce was too thin at first but it thickened up perfectly. Needed some pepper and I added spinach at the end. A 9 & 13 year old, along with my wife, raved about the dish. Thank you!!! Also, it did have a strong coconut taste to it so I switched to cashew/almond milk instead and the dish is perfect! This is the dish I make whenever we have company and it is always a hit. It is also really easy to make!

at first i was a little weary because it was so thin but it came out perfectly. the only thing i changed was i added a pinch of corn starch and in the end added some tomato and sage. Im definitely making this again

We love this recipe! It is a go to when in a hurry and it is so delicious. Often used for entertaining/feeding our non-vegan friends. What a great way to have Alfredo with healthy ingredients.
