- 3 tsp. vegan butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash kala namak (Indian black salt)
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 English muffins (toasted)
- 4 ham slices (Vegan, we used Tofurky)
- chives (dill and/or green onions, finely chopped for garnish, optional)
- steamed spinach
