My mom and I absolutely loved this dish. It was easy to make and didn’t take as long as o thought it would. Definitely would make again!🤗

I would give this more stars if I could! I served them over roasted spaghetti squash. So delicious!

I was excited to make these but I didn't think they actually had enough flavor. Also the eggplants didn't taste soft enough even though they were cooked for a long period of time.
