My expectations were low, but this recipe is delicious! It has the consistency of egg salad and more flavor.

So good!! And so easy to make!!! Texture was very much like egg salad and the dill gave it depth and taste. Will be making again

it was pretty good. i subed some ingredients bec i didnt have everything but all and came out really good

Pretty good. Too much mustard flavor for my liking though. Once it was all mixed I found it still too chunky so I blitzed it a couple times with my hand held blender and then the consistency was perfect.

I really enjoyed it I couldn’t measure the black salt as it is in a grinder so I guessed. It does taste like egg salad without any of the cruelty . I didn’t have very much green onion so I added some red onion too. I will perfect the recipe once I try it again. It was my first try

So delicious! Definitely satisfied my craving for egg salad. I prefer to eat it on toast. I couldn’t find any black salt in my local stores and I think it would be even better with it but I would still make it again without.
