Amazing intense flavour, everyone around the table loved it! Chocolate chips are not really necessary, the ice cream is so good. Might try it with some mint next time.

Turned out very good. I added some semi sweet chocolate chips to add a bit of texture (I blended them in a little bit to break them up). Surprisingly it has a very subtle coconut flavour. It tasted better than chocolate icecream from the store! Next time I’ll add mint or peanut butter.
