i really like this. i didn't havr the avocado's and I used 1 can of corn but still was enough to make 3 good sized salads. The tahini and tempeh was heavy enough to keep me satisfied too! My daughter who's 11 liked it but all the different flavors on the tempeh was a bit much for her. I made this on the fly after school for dinner so I may have not done it all correctly. But all together it came out pretty darn good.
