- 1/4 salt (+ 1/8 teasp, adjust based on taste)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Persian cucumber (chopped, or baby cucumber)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)
