I use it to make French Toast, but I only use half the flour so it is thinner and soaks in to the bread more.

Being Russian (recently turned vegan), crepes are a food I KNOW. These are too sweet and the texture isn't the best. I'll probably make them again someday just to see if my own modifications help, but for now, it's a shaky three stars from me.
