- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 oz. white rum (or vanilla rum, fauxjito can use rum extract 1 tsp)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate (frozen)
- mint leaves (8 divided)
