Great taste but for a beginner cooker a bit of a hastle! Due to all the different sauces(i made the tomato sauce from scratch which was much more yummier than the one u buy n easier than i thought!) It took me 2 hours to figure out n complete the recipe!! But most foods do, im a total wacko as it comes to cooking!! I don't regret making this n next time i ll hopefully be quicker! It tasted great as expected(hellooo cashews!?) but it wasnt so Quick n easy for me :/ i liked it n my mom did but by the time i was ready my kid didnt, we ll see today or next time whether he like it or not, since it supposedly was kid-friendly by the search filter

Great recipe, first time trying using cashews for a creamy sauce and it was delicious! Used unsweetened soy milk instead of water to add to the creaminess. Also added asparagus and roasted garlic for a little bit larger recipe.

I would definitely make this again. I did the cashews with 1/2 cup water ( the first time ;). The second time I added 2 cups of water. I did add some black olives for salt and asparagus for more veggies.

Great. I skipped frying, replaced tom paste w toms n pasta w potatoes, turning it into a yummy salad.

This is such a quick and perfectly tasty dish, every time! Added fresh oregano and some spring onions but it was perfect wothout those too.

This was so delicious ! I've never made cashew cream before, very easy , and rich tasting! The sun dried tomatoes, basil, garlic just come together to make an amazing dinner. Served with a salad just perfect. Will definitely make this again!

It was so good, even my kids liked it! The only change I made was I used sun-dried tomatoes (maybe 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup) in olive oil and used that oil for the sauteing.
