- 1 cup chopped onion (depending on how much you like)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 potatoes (medium sized, peeled and diced, does not really matter what kind. I usually use Russets but Yukon are my favorite potatoes to use in anything I'm cooking)
