- 1 egg (equivalent egg replacer, flax egg or other)
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or rice syrup)
- 1/4 cup milk (non-diary, I used soy)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (split into two 1/4 cup quantities)
