- 3 Tbsp. red onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp. mustard (Wasabi)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dulse flakes (or powder)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 ground black pepper (turns freshly)
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
