- 1 tsp. psyllium husks
- 300 grams white flour (plain)
- 50 grams desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 250 grams caster sugar
- 110 grams coconut oil (melted)
- 350 mL coconut milk (canned)
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
- 100 grams vegan margarine
- 100 grams vegan butter (the firm block kind – I used naturli or miyokos)
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
- 400 grams icing sugar (aka powdered sugar sieved)
- 200 grams desiccated coconut
