- 2 cups milk (Non-dairy, I used almond)
- 1/2 coconut oil (a cup melted)
- 1 banana (puréed)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 hot water (a cup)
- 1/2 coconut oil (a cup, not melted!)
- 3 cups vegan powdered sugar (or more if needed)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup toasted shredded coconut (or more of, or Coconut Flakes, can also be untoasted)
