- 40 grams herbs (Indigo, Organic Soya Flour)
- 30 grams herbs (Indigo, Organic Coconut Sugar )
- 45 grams organic coconut oil (Indigo Herbs, Cold Pressed Virgin)
- 3 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 35 grams vegan butter (I used Stoke)
- 1 tsp. extract (canilla)
- 240 mL coconut milk (the kind that you can drink straightaway from carton, I use Alpro. Plus some for glazing)
- 50 grams vegan butter (I used Stoke)
- 50 grams cream cheese (I used Philadelphia cream cheese)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 bowl strawberries (fresh, to place on top.)
