- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 2 dates (soft)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (plantbased)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- coconut oil (for frying)
- 1 cup blueberries fresh (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 water (splash, for heating the fruit)
- 3 Tbsp. yoghurt (plantbased, I used soya with coconut)
